characters, especially if they are the targeted audience. They’re
careless attitude, playing video games in the film, which allows for
easy immersion into the story.
Discovery of a mysterious object: Finding a horror book creates an
immediate sense of intrigue and sets the stage for the unfolding
events.
Paranormal activity: The supernatural elements add tension and
suspense, keeping the audience on edge as they wonder what will
happen next, especially considering the that it isn’t clear that
something supernatural is occurring at first.
Friendship dynamics: The relationship between the two friends (Troy
