2. • Login to the Hi5Club
app and you will land
on the ‘Dashboard’
• There are several
ways to create a task.
Either click on Task
tab next to home icon
OR click create task
from top menu
Tip: Provide as much task details as
possible so that more volunteers can
help you.
3. • On ‘Tasks’ tab click
‘Create Task’ button
Tip: The task tab will provide you
complete log of all tasks that you
create till date.
4. • While creating task
select creator type on
this page
• If you represent a
registered NGO your
NGO Name will be
displayed as first
option
• College students
select Student as an
option
• Else ‘Individual’
5. • IMP: For getting
listed as a Hi5Club
task select Hi5Club
from the Campaign
dropdown before
submitting
6. • This is the task creation
page. Provide as detailed
explanation for all fields
of your task as possible
• Ensure sufficient number
of days between
Application Close date,
and Task start and end
date
• Select right Skills and
provide contact details
too.
7. • A sample filled task.
• Choose an image if
required, that best
resembles your
organization/task/location
• Have enough number of
days and volunteer count
required
• Skills required help
volunteers filter your task
8. • Once the task is created it
will be sent to Hi5Club for
approval.
• Any changes if required
might be done by Hi5Club
and post approval you
will receive a mail that
your task is Live for
Volunteers!
Tip: Approval might take up to 24 hours. In
case if you do not receive any mail, contact
team@projectheena.com
9. • All tasks created will be
available for view, edit
and deleting under the
Tasks tab
• On every task page, there
is a ‘Manage’ tab operate,
close task and credit
volunteers.
Tip: Always share tasks on social channels.
This attracts more volunteers and helps
you develop more credibility!
