Create a storyboard prototype of a mobile app. When creating a storyboard, you may adopt either of the two types of prototype – horizontal prototyping (providing a wide range of functions but with little detail) or vertical prototyping (providing a lot of detail for only a few functions). In other words, you may create a storyboard depicting most of the functions of your design and how they are used, with little detail about each of the functions (i.e., horizontal prototyping). You may alternatively choose to focus on a couple of key functions provided by your product, with detailed depictions of the use of these functions (i.e., vertical prototyping). Six to nine scenes are required for this activity. You may take a piece of paper, draw your storyboard, and scan or take a (clear) picture of it, and attach the image file to your initial post. You may alternatively use MS PowerPoint. Solution Story board would help the users by taking the unique stinct of the concepts and not taking the entire episode of th e same. •Usage native User Interface(UI), you can get a real feel of what it would be like to use the app. •Developers can get a better sense of the app and the intended UX. They can develop the prototype into new Storyboards and start hooking up placeholder labels and image views to real data .The user interface attracts the uder to take maximum advantage of the same. 1.Home Screen and Navigation Home screen and navigation also plays an important role in builing an effective mobile app. Show Object Library by selecting the third tab on the bottom right panel. Find the Navigation Controller and drag it onto the page. It will add both the Navigation Controller and a Table View Controller to your storyboard. Table View Controllers are an easy way to layout scrolling content. Select the Navigation Controller and then show the Attributes Inspector in the right panel Set theTop Bar to Translucent Black Navigation Bar. Also select Is Initial View Controller. •Collaborate with other stakeholders and communicate your ideas and thoughts. ABSTRACT
This goal of this research is to examine several common usability design flaws and to present a
plan to create a set of best practices that will contain both user-tested design patterns and proper
gesture use that bring about better user task outcomes. It also describes how a usability study
would be carried out, including the process of analyzing the study results and finding the best
design patterns for those tasks. This research is needed, because there are a limited amount of
usability-tested software design patterns for use on mobile touchscreen devices and this re-
searcher believes that usability has understandably suffered in this medium. As any mobile
touchscreen device user can attest, it can be surprisingly frustrating to perform a simple task -
such as copying and pasting text from one location to another, or filling out a simple form. The-
se tasks and more were tested on a mobile touchscreen device in order to identify and attempt to
solve these common usability problems.

To follow-up on our in-class discussions, we’ve learned that understanding audience is paramount to
quality technical writing. It is the technical writer’s job to construct an appropriate document based on
what the audience expects and needs. We’ve also covered the basics of what a “good” technical
document should do. We know that a technical document should:
Address a specific audience
Facilitate an audience’s ability to solve problems, gain new information, and to carry out work
Use genre, style, design, visuals, color, type, etc. to enhance readability, clarity, and usability
Allow the audience to gain information quickly and find information easily
Furthermore, technical documents are often the result of collaboration and usually represent an
organization’s or company’s goals, culture, and values (Markel, 2015, p. 7).
We also know that usability and user-based design is important in technical writing. In the broader
sense, usability often requires testing the effectiveness of a product, design, or building. Usability
engineers, for example, might spend time testing a design for a user’s ergonomic comfort. In terms of
technical writing, usability and usability testing refers to the readability and usefulness of the document.
To further our discussion on technical writing, audience, and usability, you are going to analyze how
effectively a website or a smartphone app has constructed its interface for its intended audience. In

other words, your job will be to navigate a website or app of your choosing and analyze how the website
or app handles (or fails to handle) the needs of its users. The website or app will be your choice, but it
must be one that has more than one page or function (in other words, a website or app which can be
explored, has multiple pages, or has multiple user features). Although we will be doing limited usability
testing during a class session, the assignment requires you to test the website or app on one user
outside of our class (this user must have no background experience with the particular website or app
interface).
NOTE
This is an individually written assignment. Make sure you thoroughly understand the assignment and
have thoroughly explored the website or app before writing your internal report. Being specific and

I need help for writing 4 to 5 paragraphs about comparison/contrast to analyze two
elements—ideas, situations, people, products, art works, virtually anything. For example,
compare two different situations in which you have found yourself, such as two different schools
or classes, two different jobs, or two different relationships.
Solution
I have come across two different artworks which are displayed in the exhibition which shows
the artist creativity. One of the paintings belongs to the nature and another painting belongs to a
girl who was sitting alone in an empty area. Both the paintings are entirely different which gives
the different meanings and people who came to see the exhibition both the paintings looks to
beautiful which attracts the observer’s eye.
A painting belongs to nature was purely made of hand. We know that at present handmade
arts to expensive and painter utilized natural colors from the fruits and vegetables. While
observing the painting observes will attract because painting looks too peaceful and while
looking at that painting our mind will be refreshed. In painting, painter had given some strokes
which are very hard only the experienced painter can give that kind of strokes.
In picture I have observed some kind of birds which are fling and the rising sun. Entire
background belongs to the forest about the green grass etc. According to me it will be very
beautiful painting when it will hang in our houses where the interior was too good.
Another painting belongs to the girl who was sitting alone in the empty area and painter used
very technical strokes to give the girl body texture. While observing painter outlined the girl
dress and the face was sad with a tears. I thought that painter was giving some message from the
painting that which a girl sat in empty area with sadness far away from the relations. We can see
that paintings are meant with the message oriented and painter always visualize the situation and
paint the art among those kind of painting this is one of the best..

Published classroom materials form the basis of syllabuses, drive teacher professional development, and have a potentially huge influence on learners, teachers and education systems. All teachers also create their own materials, whether a few sentences on a blackboard, a highly-structured fully-realised online course, or anything in between. Despite this, the knowledge and skills needed to create effective language learning materials are rarely part of teacher training, and are mostly learnt by trial and error.
Knowledge and skills frameworks, generally called competency frameworks, for ELT teachers, trainers and managers have existed for a few years now. However, until I created one for my MA dissertation, there wasn’t one drawing together what we need to know and do to be able to effectively produce language learning materials.
This webinar will introduce you to my framework, highlighting the key competencies I identified from my research. It will also show how anybody involved in language teaching (any language, not just English!), teacher training, managing schools or developing language learning materials can benefit from using the framework.

Embracing GenAI - A Strategic Imperative
Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies such as Generative AI, Image Generators and Large Language Models have had a dramatic impact on teaching, learning and assessment over the past 18 months. The most immediate threat AI posed was to Academic Integrity with Higher Education Institutes (HEIs) focusing their efforts on combating the use of GenAI in assessment. Guidelines were developed for staff and students, policies put in place too. Innovative educators have forged paths in the use of Generative AI for teaching, learning and assessments leading to pockets of transformation springing up across HEIs, often with little or no top-down guidance, support or direction.
This Gasta posits a strategic approach to integrating AI into HEIs to prepare staff, students and the curriculum for an evolving world and workplace. We will highlight the advantages of working with these technologies beyond the realm of teaching, learning and assessment by considering prompt engineering skills, industry impact, curriculum changes, and the need for staff upskilling. In contrast, not engaging strategically with Generative AI poses risks, including falling behind peers, missed opportunities and failing to ensure our graduates remain employable. The rapid evolution of AI technologies necessitates a proactive and strategic approach if we are to remain relevant.

It emerged from the Roman Republic, transitioning into an imperial powerhouse under the leadership of Augustus Caesar in 27 BCE. This transformation marked the beginning of an era defined by unprecedented territorial expansion, architectural marvels, and profound cultural influence.
The empire's roots lie in the city of Rome, founded, according to legend, by Romulus in 753 BCE. Over centuries, Rome evolved from a small settlement to a formidable republic, characterized by a complex political system with elected officials and checks on power. However, internal strife, class conflicts, and military ambitions paved the way for the end of the Republic. Julius Caesar’s dictatorship and subsequent assassination in 44 BCE created a power vacuum, leading to a civil war. Octavian, later Augustus, emerged victorious, heralding the Roman Empire’s birth.
Under Augustus, the empire experienced the Pax Romana, a 200-year period of relative peace and stability. Augustus reformed the military, established efficient administrative systems, and initiated grand construction projects. The empire's borders expanded, encompassing territories from Britain to Egypt and from Spain to the Euphrates. Roman legions, renowned for their discipline and engineering prowess, secured and maintained these vast territories, building roads, fortifications, and cities that facilitated control and integration.
The Roman Empire’s society was hierarchical, with a rigid class system. At the top were the patricians, wealthy elites who held significant political power. Below them were the plebeians, free citizens with limited political influence, and the vast numbers of slaves who formed the backbone of the economy. The family unit was central, governed by the paterfamilias, the male head who held absolute authority.
Culturally, the Romans were eclectic, absorbing and adapting elements from the civilizations they encountered, particularly the Greeks. Roman art, literature, and philosophy reflected this synthesis, creating a rich cultural tapestry. Latin, the Roman language, became the lingua franca of the Western world, influencing numerous modern languages.
Roman architecture and engineering achievements were monumental. They perfected the arch, vault, and dome, constructing enduring structures like the Colosseum, Pantheon, and aqueducts. These engineering marvels not only showcased Roman ingenuity but also served practical purposes, from public entertainment to water supply.

Create a storyboard prototype of a mobile app. When creating a storyboard, you may adopt either of the two types of prototype – horizontal prototyping (providing a wide range of functions but with little detail) or vertical prototyping (providing a lot of detail for only a few functions). In other words, you may create a storyboard depicting most of the functions of your design and how they are used, with little detail about each of the functions (i.e., horizontal prototyping). You may alternatively choose to focus on a couple of key functions provided by your product, with detailed depictions of the use of these functions (i.e., vertical prototyping). Six to nine scenes are required for this activity. You may take a piece of paper, draw your storyboard, and scan or take a (clear) picture of it, and attach the image file to your initial post. You may alternatively use MS PowerPoint.
