Newspapers target specific audiences through personalization of content and advertising. For example, the "Femail" section of Mail Online focuses on articles relevant to women readers. Different newspapers also attract different demographic audiences - The Telegraph targets wealthy, upper-class readers while tabloids like The Sun aim for working-class audiences. This is reflected in the types of advertisements each newspaper runs, such as high-end bank accounts in The Telegraph and low-cost accounts advertised in The Sun. By targeting specific readers, newspapers are better able to generate advertising revenue from companies seeking to reach those audiences.
