3. Workshop Description:
This interactive training will teach the attendees how to
design, develop, deliver and evaluate training programs
based on the ASTD Competency Model. In addition, it will
cover the main concepts and principles that are tested in
the CPLP Knowledge Exam. At the end of the workshop,
each attendee will be working for full two days on creating
their own CPLP Work Product and deliver it in the class.
