This document provides a rubric with 7 levels to evaluate teachers on various indicators related to pedagogy. For each indicator, the levels range from developing skills (level 3) to integrating skills (level 7). Descriptions are provided for what teachers should demonstrate at each level for 4 indicators: 1) Applying knowledge of content, 2) Using teaching strategies to enhance literacy/numeracy, 3) Applying strategies to develop higher-order thinking, and 4) Managing classroom structure for hands-on learning. Clarifications are also included to define key terms used in the rubric.
