Vision
Moov Fuel strives to become the biggest supplier of fuel and
lubricants in Southern Africa. It utilises the latest technology,
supplies high quality goods and adheres to all health, safety and
environmental standards within the industry.
Moov is committed to remain loyal to its customers and suppliers
and it strives to grow with them on every level. Moov aims to
actively lead the way in improving and empowering previously
disadvantaged people.

The company traded with great success in the fuel and lubricant
market for nearly six decades. Moov was established from the
inheritance of knowledge and the legacy of service excellence.
With the experience of three generations working in the fuel
and lubricant market, Moov has an in-depth understanding of
the demands presented by the industry. Moov has an extensive
network and first-hand experience that allows it to perceive, meet
and support the needs of their customers.

Market Divisions
Moov Commercial
Moov Commercial was established in 1956, in Bredasdorp.
Currently there are eight depots from where bulk diesel, lubricants
and other stocks are distributed to clients in the Western, Eastern
and Northern Cape. The re-seller network ensures that high service
levels are maintained and that end-user needs are met. Each of
the commercial depots have a highly-trained, specialist team to
assist customers with any product related query and to provide
solutions across all industries.
Moov Retail
Moov Retail provides a fuel distribution network of retail outlets
across the Western Cape. Its responsibilities include supplying
lubricants, training staff, marketing and maintaining the fuel retail
outlets. It is constantly growing as New-to-Industry and New-
to-Company sites continue to join the network. It has a proud,
direct-line approach to solving challenges and develops personal
relationships with dealers, who are further supported by a 24/7 Call
Centre.
Moov Logistics
Moov Logistics is home to a modern fleet of fuel tankers and
specialised delivery trucks. The fleet provides primary distribution
services to the retail network and commercial depot structure as
well as secondary distribution to commercial consumers. The fleet
also provides third-party supply chain solutions to industry.
Moov Properties
Moov Properties is the business entity that is responsible for the
management and acquisition of immovable assets. It provides
business opportunities and commercial space in the retail and
commercial network across the Western Cape.

Commercial
Strategically located storage facilities are based throughout the
Western and Eastern Cape. Storage capabilities ensure a constant
supply of product to customers. There are eight depots that are
located in Bredasdorp, Caledon, Cape Town, Ceres, Mossel Bay,
Port Elizabeth, Swellendam and Vredenburg.
Lubricants
Moov sources and supplies any type and grade of lubricant to
meet the needs arising in any industry. It is committed to supplying
and delivering the highest quality lubricants to end-users in the
agricultural, construction, forestry, industry, marine, mining, retail,
and transport sectors.
Solutions and Expertise
Continuous in-house training ensures that experts are equipped
to provide technical support. Services include Oil Condition
Monitoring, Predictive Maintenance, and Technical Training of
Customer Staff.
Lubricants Delivery
The sales team has vast technical and consultative experience
and industry know-how in the lubricants field. Full technical support
is offered to the lubricants delivery fleet to maximise customer
value and returns. For added customer satisfaction, they surpass
the industry standard in delivery turn-around time for lubricant
orders.

Logistics
The current Moov logistics fleet comprises state-of-the-art trucks
and tankers with an average delivery capacity of 40 000 litres.
Moov endeavours to surpass the industry service standard in terms
of delivery turn-around time. It aims to satisfy their clients’ needs
efficiently and effectively. It has highly skilled and motivated drivers
who undergo constant training and monitoring. All the trucks are
also fitted with live tracking.
Retail
The Moov Retail division was established in July 2009 when it was
chosen as the Branded Marketer in the Western Cape. Moov
dutifully services its fuel distribution network of retail outlets across
the province. It supplies fuel and lubricants and also provides
training, marketing and maintenance to the network of fuel retail
outlets.
New-to-Industry and New-to-Company sites continually join the
network of fuel retail outlets. The dedicated call centre offers
customers a 24/7 service. It has a proud, direct-line approach
to solving challenges and develops personal relationships with
dealers.

Geographical Footprint
Moov Retail provides a fuel distribution network for retail outlets in
the Western Cape and the Geographical Footprint stretches from
Alexander Bay in the West to Kokstad in the East.

From Humble Beginnings
In 1956, one man started the journey that would become Moov.
With one truck, Piet Erasmus established Erasmus Petroleum and
started delivering fuel to the farmers in the Overberg region.
Following a merger between Erasmus Petroleum, Nu Star Lubricants
(a dedicated distributor of lubricants with an established
reputation of 15 years of excellence in the industry) and the
Western Cape Branded Marketer, Moov Fuel (Pty) Ltd was born.
It is the joint expertise of the founding companies and generations
of dedication that have culminated in Moov Fuel being a major
player in the fuel and lubricant market.

  • 5. Market Divisions Moov Commercial Moov Commercial was established in 1956, in Bredasdorp. Currently there are eight depots from where bulk diesel, lubricants and other stocks are distributed to clients in the Western, Eastern and Northern Cape. The re-seller network ensures that high service levels are maintained and that end-user needs are met. Each of the commercial depots have a highly-trained, specialist team to assist customers with any product related query and to provide solutions across all industries. Moov Retail Moov Retail provides a fuel distribution network of retail outlets across the Western Cape. Its responsibilities include supplying lubricants, training staff, marketing and maintaining the fuel retail outlets. It is constantly growing as New-to-Industry and New- to-Company sites continue to join the network. It has a proud, direct-line approach to solving challenges and develops personal relationships with dealers, who are further supported by a 24/7 Call Centre. Moov Logistics Moov Logistics is home to a modern fleet of fuel tankers and specialised delivery trucks.   • 9. From Humble Beginnings In 1956, one man started the journey that would become Moov. With one truck, Piet Erasmus established Erasmus Petroleum and started delivering fuel to the farmers in the Overberg region. Following a merger between Erasmus Petroleum, Nu Star Lubricants (a dedicated distributor of lubricants with an established reputation of 15 years of excellence in the industry) and the Western Cape Branded Marketer, Moov Fuel (Pty) Ltd was born.   • 10. Timeline Piet Erasmus founded Erasmus Petroleum with one truck. Established RZT Zelpy 5286 Pty Ltd. Preferred bidder for Western Cape Branded Marketer Cluster. Piet’s son, Dennis, joins the business, expanding the fleet to 3 tankers, and the client base to include non-agricultural customers. Ikamva Trust is formed and 100% owned by employees. Signs Branded Marketer agreement and takes over 36 branded sites. Pierre Erasmus joins the company as Managing Director and introduces a new approach, expanding the business from transport to retail. Business expands into the Breedevallei. Erasmus Vervoer, Ikamva Trust and Branded Marketer move to new offices in Bredasdorp. 27 branded sites are added to the network.
