and cater the needsof ICTsector here in Bangladesh. We have started operating with full swing from the year

REQUIREMENTS
In the requirements stage, the main goal is to discuss the problem at hand and to gather business
Requirements. We'll sit down together, analyze the problem, get an idea of the big picture, and discuss the
background of the project as well as the future.
Here we'll also discuss budget and scheduling requirements as well as select the technology that best fits
your solution.
DESIGN & DEMO
After we finish the requirements stage, We'll begin to design the WEB by drawing up user interface mockups
and developing functional specifications which explain in detail how the WEB will function, creating an
interactive design.
IMPLEMENTATION
This is where the web comes to life. We now take what we've drawn on paper and develop it into the solution
we imagined. We'll create the web and physical database here, create the data conversion for any existing old
system, and perform milestone reviews with you to show you the web as it progresses towards the finished
product.
VERIFICATION
After the web has finished being developed, we verify what we've created to ensure it matches the
specifications we've modeled it after. We ensure your solution has gone through quality control to find and
eliminate any flaws before it is released to the client.
INSTALLATION
Now that the solution has been fully developed and gone through testing and quality control it is ready to be
installed into production. After being installed, we'll go through user training and the client will perform user
acceptance testing. After accepting the product, the client will receive documentation of the source code and
database as well as the source code itself.
MAINTENANCE
After the solution has entered production, it will enter the maintenance phase for any changes or technical
support that may be needed.

PAYMENT METHOD
As soon as we receive work order for web development 50%payment should be made as an advance, rest 50%
will be made after successful delivery.
PROJECT DELIVERY TENURE
We will deliver the project within 3-4.5 monthsbased on your requirements. Usually for website development we
deliver less than the above mentioned time.
AFTER SALES SERVICE
We will offer after salesservice with followingoptionsand criterias:
1. Changes in any text information will be updated with no cost up to 12 month after project delivery.
2. After 6 month of 12 month completion Only Text changing (major) will cost per pages 250 taka.
3. Adding Extra pages will cost 550 taka per page.
4. Alteringweb design will be treated asanew project and will be billed accordingly
5. Any kind of error debugging and modification error due to our neglect will be charged no cost.
6. Any kind of Update in daily basis will cost 450 taka per pages.
7. We will provide 6 months warranty after sales and one year full service with pay and without
payments (conditions apply)

8. WEB & WEB RELATED MAINTENANCE SERVICE
We do provide maintenance service for your web related projects built on Linux based platform. Our service
includes maintenance of your website regular basis based on your requirement, new development of website
under the maintenance framework agreement, providing domain and hosting related service as an add-on service.
Maintenance contract usually takes for minimum 6 months to 5years or more than that based on clients desire.
