Weiber manufacture and supplies high quality Convection Bench Oven that comes with a recorder attached
with the instrument. The oven temperature recorders are thermally insulated to withstand extreme
temperatures. A convection oven carefully creates a uniform temperature with internal fans that evenly circulate
hot air. It has the ability to record up to 16,383 temperature measurements. The device records temperature
data inside an oven to be later downloaded from to the user’s PC.
The Oven is equipped with a noiseless fan which forces air to uniformly spread inside the chamber. Weiber
Convection Bench Oven with recorder facility provides superb drying performance especially suitable for
samples with high moisture content. The Convection Oven cooking offers several advantages including it
retains flavor, cooks evenly, cooks more at once and works with broilers.
