Physical activity is an essential component of a healthy lifestyle. It helps control weight, builds lean muscle, reduces fat, promotes strong bone, muscle and joint development, and decreases the risk of obesity. Adult people need 4-5 hours with moderate to vigorous physical activity per week to improve they fit and maintain it further. The problem is that with every year more and more people start working in offices what usually is connected with spending a lot of working time in a sitting position that causes a lack of physical activity and has a harmful effect on their health. This campaign is encouraged to decide a problem of a ‘sitting life style’ among office workers and to create for them possibilities for amazing and bright spending their leisure time on weekend with benefits to their health and physical fit.

Social Marketing and Youth through a Community Collaborative ProjectYTH
Not every agency or coalition is equipped to work with young people, especially when it comes to developing a social media or social marketing campaign with limited resources and high expectations. Where should you begin when the objective is teen pregnancy prevention but promoting sexual and reproductive health in general feels more right? With a room full of community stakeholders, adult allies must ensure that youth leadership and young people's needs don't get overlooked. Here are examples from communities in Hollywood, Orangeburg, and Salem piloting similar projects and how their lessons learned are transforming into a model for future programs.

The risk reduction approach and targeting the messaging to a specific peer group was deemed effective for this audience.
This document provides an overview and guidance for Ohio's Youth for Justice program. The program is coordinated by the Ohio Center for Law-Related Education and empowers students to create positive change in their communities through a four-phase process. The phases include selecting an issue of injustice, researching solutions, implementing a plan, and presenting results. The document provides examples of past topics, guidance on identifying community resources for research, and lists of government and nonprofit organizations that can serve as resources. The goal is for students to gain experience in civic participation by developing and advocating for solutions to issues they identify as important.
The InternFit program was a six-week wellness program for Dolby Laboratories summer interns designed to develop connections between interns and the company wellness program. Only 27% of eligible interns registered and 13% actively participated by completing fitness challenges. Participant feedback was positive overall, though some suggested changes like adjusting the points system or including more daily health challenges. While the program achieved its goal of promoting wellness, participation numbers indicate it needs improvements in registering and committing participants.
Lessons Learned from Working At Scale for Better Hygiene & Sanitation Practices WASHplus
The document discusses lessons learned from large-scale hygiene and sanitation programs in Ethiopia and Madagascar. Key points include:
1) Working at scale requires a systems approach that coordinates all stakeholders toward common goals like reducing disease. It is more than just scaling up isolated projects.
2) Successful programs in Ethiopia and Madagascar used a hygiene improvement framework, prioritized behavior change, sustainability, and wide coverage.
3) Starting with leadership buy-in, capacity building of local actors, and community-led approaches led to encouraging results and outcomes at scale. Flexibility and learning-by-doing were also important.

Local Advanced Lung Cancer: Artificial Intelligence, Synergetics, Complex Sys...Oleg Kshivets
Overall life span (LS) was 1671.7±1721.6 days and cumulative 5YS reached 62.4%, 10 years – 50.4%, 20 years – 44.6%. 94 LCP lived more than 5 years without cancer (LS=2958.6±1723.6 days), 22 – more than 10 years (LS=5571±1841.8 days). 67 LCP died because of LC (LS=471.9±344 days). AT significantly improved 5YS (68% vs. 53.7%) (P=0.028 by log-rank test). Cox modeling displayed that 5YS of LCP significantly depended on: N0-N12, T3-4, blood cell circuit, cell ratio factors (ratio between cancer cells-CC and blood cells subpopulations), LC cell dynamics, recalcification time, heparin tolerance, prothrombin index, protein, AT, procedure type (P=0.000-0.031). Neural networks, genetic algorithm selection and bootstrap simulation revealed relationships between 5YS and N0-12 (rank=1), thrombocytes/CC (rank=2), segmented neutrophils/CC (3), eosinophils/CC (4), erythrocytes/CC (5), healthy cells/CC (6), lymphocytes/CC (7), stick neutrophils/CC (8), leucocytes/CC (9), monocytes/CC (10). Correct prediction of 5YS was 100% by neural networks computing (error=0.000; area under ROC curve=1.0).
Cell Therapy Expansion and Challenges in Autoimmune DiseaseHealth Advances
There is increasing confidence that cell therapies will soon play a role in the treatment of autoimmune disorders, but the extent of this impact remains to be seen. Early readouts on autologous CAR-Ts in lupus are encouraging, but manufacturing and cost limitations are likely to restrict access to highly refractory patients. Allogeneic CAR-Ts have the potential to broaden access to earlier lines of treatment due to their inherent cost benefits, however they will need to demonstrate comparable or improved efficacy to established modalities.
In addition to infrastructure and capacity constraints, CAR-Ts face a very different risk-benefit dynamic in autoimmune compared to oncology, highlighting the need for tolerable therapies with low adverse event risk. CAR-NK and Treg-based therapies are also being developed in certain autoimmune disorders and may demonstrate favorable safety profiles. Several novel non-cell therapies such as bispecific antibodies, nanobodies, and RNAi drugs, may also offer future alternative competitive solutions with variable value propositions.
Widespread adoption of cell therapies will not only require strong efficacy and safety data, but also adapted pricing and access strategies. At oncology-based price points, CAR-Ts are unlikely to achieve broad market access in autoimmune disorders, with eligible patient populations that are potentially orders of magnitude greater than the number of currently addressable cancer patients. Developers have made strides towards reducing cell therapy COGS while improving manufacturing efficiency, but payors will inevitably restrict access until more sustainable pricing is achieved.
Despite these headwinds, industry leaders and investors remain confident that cell therapies are poised to address significant unmet need in patients suffering from autoimmune disorders. However, the extent of this impact on the treatment landscape remains to be seen, as the industry rapidly approaches an inflection point.
