2. Bar Chart or Gantt chart
A Gantt chart is a type of bar chart that illustrates a project schedule, named after its
inventor, Henry Gantt (1861–1919), who designed such a chart around the years 1910–1915.
Milestones Chart
 Milestones are tools used in project management to mark specific points along a
project timeline.
 These points may signal anchors such as a project start and end date, or a need for external
review or input and budget checks.

3. Network Diagram
 The network diagram is a flow of diagram in which activities and events are connected
logically and sequentially.
Activity
 In project management, a task is an activity that needs to be accomplished within a defined period
of time or by a deadline to work towards work-related goals.
 A task can be broken down into assignments which should also have a defined start and end date
or a deadline for completion.
