CONCEPT: To enhance the overall environment by giving the surrounding community a place where they can go relax, lounge, and be a junction point from the
intra-coastal to the beach. With the given site proposal the overall design of The Junction Point will help to facilitate with the overall migration of the public from the
intra-coastal to the highly active A1A beach front and beach. The incorporation and location of the newly propose residential tower, market place, microbrewery/restaurant,
retail spaces, and events/plaza space will help assist the local communities needs to complete Fort Lauderdale Beach and continue to attract the populous. Additionally, the
use of the "Tree Canopy" will continue to be enhanced and correlate with the surrounding masses as the tree canopy weaves through the newly proposed site proved
additional shading and greenery.
