This science of character recognition is explained in precise terms that are broad enough to relate to. Virtually anyone can connect with and believe in the theory.
This description of human analysis focuses on the idea that every individual fits a certain mold. The elemental traits of each person can be recognized by his or her body shape and physical attributes. This publication details the importance of understanding oneself as well as the necessity of relating to others. It explains that instantly reading a person’s physical characteristics leads to awareness, which may promote healthier, more successful relationships.

Ravi Zacharias gave a presentation discussing fundamental questions about human existence, including origin, meaning, morality, and destiny. He argued that our views in these areas need coherence and correspondence to reality. They also must be logically consistent, empirically adequate, and experientially relevant. Zacharias engaged with the perspectives of several thinkers such as Origen, G.K. Chesterton, and Malcolm Muggeridge. He emphasized that finding meaning, purpose, security and fulfillment requires a relationship with God rather than being solely based on human reason or science.

HOW YOU CAN ACTIVATE YOUR
INTERNAL “WEALTH DNA” TO ATTRACT
MONEY TO YOU EFFORTLESSLY…
STARTING AS SOON AS TODAY
Did you know that humans only use about 8% of their DNA?
In this short video, I’m going to tell you why that little-known fact is the key to making you insanely wealthy.
Because once you realize what's going on with the other 92% of your DNA…
You’ll understand that everything you’ve been taught about building wealth and making money has been dead wrong.
The 92% of DNA that mainstream scientists used to refer to as “Junk DNA.”
But I can assure you that NONE of your DNA is “junk.”
And in this presentation, I’m going to share how a chance encounter with a rogue NASA scientist…
Allowed me to discover the existence of something we call “Wealth DNA”.
And this is actually part of the dormant DNA that makes up 92% of your being.
Which means the answer to your money problems isn’t some external solution you have to go searching for…

This document discusses expanding a BNI chapter's referral base by considering the network of contacts and opportunities at different tiers - directly from members, from members' contacts, and from contacts' contacts. It shows how the referral opportunities can be much larger than just the other chapter members alone by accounting for each member's network and each contact's network, concluding that the total referral opportunity is the number of members minus one, multiplied by each member's number of contacts, multiplied again by the number of contacts' contacts.

Impact of Effective Performance Appraisal Systems on Employee Motivation and ...Dr. Nazrul Islam
Healthy economic development requires properly managing the banking industry of any
country. Along with state-owned banks, private banks play a critical role in the country's economy.
Managers in all types of banks now confront the same challenge: how to get the utmost output from
their employees. Therefore, Performance appraisal appears to be inevitable since it set the
standard for comparing actual performance to established objectives and recommending practical
solutions that help the organization achieve sustainable growth. Therefore, the purpose of this
research is to determine the effect of performance appraisal on employee motivation and retention.

Is Agile dead? It depends on what you mean by 'Agile'. If you mean that the organizations are not getting the promised benefits because they were focusing too much on the team-level agile "ways of working" instead of systemic global improvements -- then we are in agreement. It is a misunderstanding of Agility that led us down a dead-end. At Org Topologies, we see bright sparks -- the signs of the 'second wave of Agile' as we call it. The emphasis is shifting towards both in-team and inter-team collaboration. Away from false dichotomies. Both: team autonomy and shared broad product ownership are required to sustain true result-oriented organizational agility. Org Topologies is a package offering a visual language plus thinking tools required to communicate org development direction and can be used to help design and then sustain org change aiming at higher organizational archetypes.
From Concept to reality : Implementing Lean Managements DMAIC Methodology for...Rokibul Hasan
The Ready-Made Garments (RMG) industry in Bangladesh is a cornerstone of the economy, but increasing costs and stagnant productivity pose significant challenges to profitability. This study explores the implementation of Lean Management in the Sampling Section of RMG factories to enhance productivity. Drawing from a comprehensive literature review, theoretical framework, and action research methodology, the study identifies key areas for improvement and proposes solutions.
Through the DMAIC approach (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, Control), the research identifies low productivity as the primary problem in the Sampling Section, with a PPH (Productivity per head) of only 4.0. Using Lean Management techniques such as 5S, Standardized work, PDCA/Kaizen, KANBAN, and Quick Changeover, the study addresses issues such as pre and post Quick Changeover (QCO) time, improper line balancing, and sudden plan changes.
The research employs regression analysis to test hypotheses, revealing a significant correlation between reducing QCO time and increasing productivity. With a regression equation of Y = -0.000501X + 6.72 and an R-squared value of 0.98, the study demonstrates a strong relationship between the independent variables (QCO downtime and improper line balancing downtime) and the dependent variable (productivity per head).
The findings suggest that by implementing Lean Management practices and addressing key productivity inhibitors, RMG factories can achieve substantial improvements in efficiency and profitability. The study provides valuable insights for practitioners, policymakers, and researchers seeking to enhance productivity in the RMG industry and similar manufacturing sectors.

While agile has entered the post-mainstream age, possibly losing its mojo along the way, the rise of remote working is dealing a more severe blow than its industrialization.
In this talk we'll have a look to the cumulative effect of the constraints of a remote working environment and of the common countermeasures.

evolutionary grandfather of heuristics
They FORCE us to

36. One morning in 1995, Wheeler robbed 2
banks in Pittsburgh without bothering to
wear a mask.
Three months later Police broadcast the
CCTV footage and a tip led to Wheeler’s
arrest within hours.
When cops showed up on his doorstep,
the only thing he could say was,
“...But I wore the juice.”
37. Wheeler was aware lemon
juice could be used to create
an invisible ink. By the same
logic, he reasoned, if he
rubbed lemon juice
over his face, it would
turn invisible as well...
38. Wheeler would have been quickly forgotten, but his
story caught the eye of social psychologists David
Dunning and Justin Kruger who were researching
ILLUSORY SUPERIORITY - A cognitive bias where
people overestimate their own abilities, in relation to the
abilities of others
As a result of their work the pair identified
a new cognitive bias, now known as…
THE

41. Meet Pablo Casals
Casals is considered
one of the greatest
cellists of all time.
In 1963 president John
F. Kennedy awarded
him the Presidential
Medal of Freedom.
42. In a 1957, when Casals was 81, he was asked by
director Robert Snyder who was filming a
documentary about him, why he still practiced 4-5
hours daily. Casals replied:
“Because I think I am
making progress”
