1. Agenda de Asociere Uniunea Europeană-Republica Moldova
2. Foaia de parcurs pentru acordul cu FMI, incluzând:
2.a. Măsurile cerute de FMI ca pre-condiții
2.b. Calendarul de negocieri
3. Numirea Guvernatorului Băncii Naţionale, pe criterii de profesionalism şi integritate.
4. Auditul băncilor din Republica Moldova
5. Pachetul legislativ pentru îmbunătăţirea mediului de afaceri, stabilit prin consultare
transparentă a societăţii civile şi a reprezentanţilor mediului de afaceri
6. Analiza sistemică a vulnerabilităţilor sistemului bancar și Calendarul legislativ de corectare a
lor, inclusiv:
6.a. Consolidarea prerogativelor de reglementare ale Băncii Naționale
6.b. Asigurarea transparenţei acţionariatului şi tranzacţiilor din sistemul bancar
6.c. Contracararea spălării banilor şi a transferurilor prin circuite nereglementate
7. Planul de actualizare şi aplicare a Strategiei de Reformare a Sectorului Justiţiei şi a Strategiei
Naţionale Anticorupţie
8. Evaluarea performanței Procuraturii și Centrului Național Anticorupție
9. Aducerea la zi a cadrului legal anticorupție, în vederea consolidării și integrării lui
10. Adoptarea și implementarea pachetelor legislative privind reforma procuraturii
11. Pachetul legislativ privind Sistemul de integritate, incluzînd
11.a. Reforma Comisiei Naționale de Integritate
11.b. Controlul averilor
11.c. Noțiunea de conflicte de interese
11.d. O instituție puternică de implementare
12. Consultarea si conlucrarea strânsă cu reprezentanții societății civile din Republica Moldova,
mai ales pe aspectele menționate mai sus (1-11)
