Conditional sentences in Indonesian grammar are used to express conditions and their consequences. There are three types of conditional sentences: 1. Type I uses the present tense in the if-clause and will-future in the main clause to express possible conditions and their probable future consequences. 2. Type II uses the past tense in the if-clause and would-future in the main clause to express unlikely or hypothetical conditions and their possible consequences. 3. Type III uses the past perfect tense in the if-clause and would have-future perfect in the main clause to express regret over conditions that did not occur in the past. The document then provides examples to illustrate the three types of conditional sentences.
