OUTPUT
The demographic profile of the respondents based on the following factors:
Age. Respondents between the ages of 29-36 make up the large percentage of the age profile of the study
group, composed at 75%.
Sex. Around 76.70% of the respondents were females, a wide majority against male respondents.
Role in COVID-19 Vaccination program. Around 43% of the respondents are Nurse Vaccinators,
dominating other roles such as in monitoring (10%), encoder (10%), coordinator (8%), and screener
(7%).
Months of Experience. 45% of the respondents have 21 months of experience above.
Hours of Work. Almost all 96.7% of the respondents note they spend 8 hours of work daily.
Role preparation. Based on the prompts given, the average response for all the prompts related to this are in
the ‘Strongly Agree’ range. Most of the responses agreed on the administration process for the vaccination
process, showing that the majority of the nurses know the protocol as given to them, hence, their desire to
educate the public about the benefits of getting vaccinated, showing that awareness of the vaccination drive
remains in effect.
Knowledge; Based on the prompts given, the average response for all the prompts related to this are in the
‘Strongly Agree’ range. Consequently, understanding of the role as a nurse during the COVID-19 vaccination
campaign is the mostly agreed knowledge factor. Moreover, understanding the types of vaccines available for
release comes second.
Skills; Based on the prompts given, the average response for all the prompts related to this are in the
‘Strongly Agree’ range. Work under pressure is the key factor most of the nurse respondents agree upon,
suggesting that COVID-19 response remains in demand. This is at the same level as well with observance of
COVID-19 protocols to avoid liabilities. Furthermore, the majority of the nurse respondents strongly agree
on the respect of others opinion into which vaccine they would like to get administered with, hence, the
vaccine's readiness before proceeding with the task they are entrusted to.
2.4. Attitude. Based on the prompts given, the average response for all the prompts related to this are in the
‘Strongly Agree’ range. The large majority of the nurse respondents strongly agree on the respect of others'
opinion into which vaccine they would like to get administered with. This is due to the fact that vaccines
have different rates of effectiveness against COVID-19 immunity. This is then followed by considering the
vaccine's readiness before proceeding with the task they are entrusted to.
