This document provides a conceptual site analysis and functional zoning plan for transforming a historical school site. Key findings include the site's transformation over time under different regimes, its architectural flexibility, and diversity of buildings. The proposed concept is "Transforming by Keeping the Nature," maintaining the overall architectural style while adding new structures for additional functions like gathering spaces, exhibitions, events, and boy scout training. A new two-story building and two pavilions would be constructed using similar materials and room heights to blend with the historical buildings. The ground floor would house hydroponic farming and the first floor indoor handcraft making to showcase transformation and flexibility through new technologies.
