The Computer Club is open to anyone interested in learning about or discussing computers and new technologies. Members will teach each other about using computers and explore what can be done with them. The club will have officers, including a president to lead meetings, vice president for advertising, secretary to record meetings, and treasurer to manage funds. Officers are elected every six months by club members.

2. Who Can Join?
• Anyone! This club is for anyone.
• You don’t have to have knowledge of
computers. It’s a chance to learn.
• Just talk to Charity Combs, the
charter member.

3. What Are The Rules?
• Don’t use computers at meeting for
inappropriate reasons.
• Treat other’s and other’s property
respectfully.
• Don’t come to meeting acting rude, or
not willing to discuss things calmly.
• Be prepared!

4. What Is The Club About?
• We will discuss new computer
technology.
• We will teach people how to use
computers, especially newcomers to the
club.
• We will discuss new or information found
via computers.
• The possibilities for this club are endless!

5. What Are The Officer’s
Jobs?
• The president assists the charter member
in planning club meetings and task and
also leads the meetings.
• The Vice President will take the place of
the president in case of absence. He/ she
will also be in charge of advertising.

happens at the meetings.
• The treasurer keeps track of the
money, and what the funds go toward.

• Officers are nominated by other club
members.

• Anyone can join.
• You don’t need prior knowledge, just and
interest.
