A. At first, the purpose of this business activates the Aizu area. I think that connected for activation
of Aizu by doing this business because an Aizu area becomes famous, and tourists increase. If Aizu
is activated, I think that Aizu is activated more than.
Second, This business brings up community and spreads community around Aizu University. I think
that it is very important to become close local inhabitants for us. Because this business is
community-based. It may be got cooperation in various ways by becoming close to local people.
Third, this business offers cooking to the customer. So there must be the price of the cooking with a
thing is handy and delicious.

B. At first, We will need interchange with the people of the production farmhouse. Therefore we
must associate with a local person positively.
Second, We must establish a circulation route. If I do not do so, the materials for cooking will not
gather.
Third, it is necessary to advertise it so that various people may know. If they do so, a lot of
customers will come to our shop.
Fourth, we must offer good cooking so that Aizu does well than now. Therefore we must obtain a
good cooking ingredient.
Fifth, We should be made a price that the customer is satisfied. Therefore we must reduce an
expense as much as possible.

C. The prospects of this business has two types.
One tourist who came to Aizu.
This type of people tend to crave foods Aizu.

The two people who are living in Aizu.
This type is further divided into two
2.1 is what I eat local, local people are not given the chance to eat.
2.2 is a seasonal local people want to eat.

Our business provides them food Aizu. However, since the purpose is strictly local activation, the
main customers are people with little chance of Aizu Aizu-eat food while still in Aizu.

D. The purpose of advertising is to increase opportunities for local people to receive Aizu eat food.
So our strategy, we are less aware that the people of Aizu Aizu chance to eat a diet is to eat foods
that evoke a feeling of Aizu.立 Masu advertising plans based on it.

E. At first, we want the University of Aizu to help publicity for our business, for example; putting
up our posters on the wall. So we can convey students of the University of Aizu. It is important for

instance; they eat fast foods of a hamburger or a Chinese noodle, and have a quick bite. So we want
to offer fresh and healthful dishes for students. We are going to write posters the headline of which
is "We use organically grown farm produce from Aizu at our dish".

If we have no foodstuffs, we cant start this business. This is very important part of us.
2.Manpower
We cant do everything ourselves. We need some manpower. We want employ student of University
of Aizu as a part-timer if we can.
3.Computers and Registers
We don't use paper and pencil only. We prepare Computers and Registers to ring up the sale or other
record.
4.Furnitures
We need many furnitures which seat customers and put dishes like chairs, tables, and so on.
5.Uniform of clerk
Uniform brace clerk's nerves, and improve the restaurant's image.
