1) The Accounting Competition hosted by Seed Training Group consists of two stages over two weeks for their current and past trainees. 2) Participants must register by September 11th and will complete an accounting software task and answer questions on Individual and Business Tax in stage 1 and 2. 3) The winner of the competition will be announced after stage 2 and will receive a 1-year subscription to SAP Learning Hub – Student Edition. Participants agree to the terms and conditions including STG's use of their information for publicity.

2. Competition Guide
Toparticipate in the Accounting Competition, participants need to read
and understand the Official Rules, Termsand Conditions listed in this
presentation.
*By participating, each participant grants STG the permission to use
his/her first name, photo, likeness or comments for publicity
purposes without payment of additional consideration, except where
prohibited by law.

3. Official Rules Stage 2: 120 mins Accounting software practical
task and short answer questions on Individual Tax
and Business Tax (open book).
9. Competition Dates and Times:
The Date and time of each round of competition will
be updated on
www.seedtrainingcompetition.com by Seed
Training Group every month.
10. Duration of the competition is set for each
level. It will be hard stop without additional time
given.
11. Participants will receive results after 2
business days of level 1 conclusion, and after
5 business days of level 2 conclusion.
Successful participants will be contacted by
Seed Training Group on his/her progress in
the competition
12. No proxy is allowed at any stage of
the competition. All participants should not
engage in cheating or collusion.
13. Seed Training Group reserves the right to
remove any participant who does not comply
with the Terms & Conditions.

4. Participants will receive a confirmation email
from Seed Training Group after registration.
5. The competition will be conducted in 2
stages across 2 weeks. Successful
participants ( score
>70%) of each stage will be selected to
proceed to the next stage. There will be
one winner selected at the end of stage 2.
6. Participants must be available on each of
the competition date. There will be no
rescheduling. If participant could not make it
on the specified date, they will no longer be
eligible to proceed the competition.
7. Participants will have the access to the
questions on the day of competition. No
preparation prior to the competition day.

task and short answer questions on Individual
Tax and Business Tax (closed book).

The Accounting Competition (“Competition”) is sponsored by Seed
Training Group (“STG”)
This competition is governed by official rules (“Official Rules”).
By participating in the competition, each participant agrees to abide
by these Official Rules, including all eligibility requirements,
and understands that the results of the Competition, as determined
by STG, are final in all respects.

5. Eligibility
The Competition is open to all STG
current and past trainees for
Bookkeeping, General Accountant
Program (GAP) and Tax Accountant
Program (TAP). STG has the right to
verify the eligibility of each participant.

submitted before or after the period
will not be considered.
Interested participants can enter
the Competition by submitting the
Registration Form through the online
registration form or physically through
our trainers. Tovalidate the
registration, all fields on the Registration
Form must be filled out.
All eligible registrations received during
the registration period will receive an
email from STG to confirm the entry pass
for the Competition. There will be two (2)
stages in the Competition. The winner
will be announced at the end of stage
2. The winner will be contacted directly
by STG.

ALL FEDERAL, STATE AND LOCAL TAXES ASSOCIATED WITH THE RECEIPT OR USE OF ANY PRIZE IS SOLELY THE
RESPONSIBILITY OF THE WINNER.
Prizes are non-transferable. No substitution or cash equivalent of prizes are permitted. STG reserves the right to terminate, suspend or
amend the rules of the Competition, without notice, and for any reason, including, without limitation, if STG determines that the Competition
cannot be conducted as planned, technical failure or other cause beyond STG’s control.
