2. Competition Guide
To participate in the Accounting
Competition, participants need to read
and understand the Official Rules, Terms
and Conditions listed in this presentation.
*By participating, each participant grants STG the
permission to use his/her first name, photo,
likeness or comments for publicity purposes
without payment of additional consideration,
except where prohibited by law.

3. Official Rules
1. Entry into this competition is free.
2. Participants must be trainees of Seed Training
Group.
3. Participants must submit the Registration Form
before 11th September 2017.
4. Participants will receive a confirmation email from
Seed Training Group after registration.
5. The competition will be conducted in 2 stages
across 2 weeks. Top scorers of each stage will be
selected to proceed to the next stage. There will
be one winner selected at the end of stage 2.
6. Participants must be available on each of the
competition date. There will be no rescheduling. If
participant could not make it on the specified date,
they will no longer be eligible to proceed the
competition.
7. Participants will have the access to the questions
on the day of competition. No preparation prior to
the competition day.
8. Scope of Competition:
Stage 1: 60 mins Accounting software
practical task and short answer questions on
Individual Tax and Business Tax (closed book).
Stage 2: 120 mins Accounting software
practical task and short answer questions on
Individual Tax and Business Tax (open book).
9. Competition Dates and Times:
Level 1: 14th September 2017, 4.30 pm – 5.30 pm.
Level 2: 21st September 2017, 4.30 pm – 5.30 pm.
10. Duration of the competition is set for each level. It
will be hard stop without additional time given.
11. Participant will receive the result of each stage 2
business days after the day of competition.
Successful participant will be contacted by Seed
Training Group on his/her progress in the
competition
12. No proxy is allowed at any stage of the
competition.

4. Terms and Conditions
The Accounting Competition
(“Competition”) is sponsored by Seed
Training Group (“STG”)
This competition is governed by official
rules (“Official Rules”).
By participating in the competition,
each participant agrees to abide by
these Official Rules, including all
eligibility requirements, and
understands that the results of the
Competition, as determined by STG,
are final in all respects.

5. Eligibility The Competition is open to all STG current
and past trainees for Bookkeeping,
General Accountant Program (GAP) and
Tax Accountant Program (TAP). STG has
the right to verify the eligibility of each
participant.
Competition
Period
The competition period starts on 8th
September 2017 and ends on 29th
September 2017. Any entry submitted
before or after the period will not be
considered.
How To
Enter
Interested participants can enter the
Competition by submitting the Registration
Form through the online registration form
or physically through our trainers. To
validate the registration, all fields on the
Registration Form must be filled out.
Winner
Selection
All eligible registrations received during the
registration period will receive an email
from STG to confirm the entry pass for the
Competition. There will be two (2) stages
in the Competition. The winner will be
announced at the end of stage 2. The
winner will be contacted directly by STG.

6. Grand Prize
SAP Learning Hub – Student Edition (12-month
subscription)
ALL FEDERAL, STATE AND LOCAL TAXES ASSOCIATED WITH THE RECEIPT OR USE OF ANY PRIZE IS SOLELY THE
RESPONSIBILITY OF THE WINNER.
Prizes are non-transferable. No substitution or cash equivalent of prizes are permitted. STG reserves the right to terminate, suspend or
amend the rules of the Competition, without notice, and for any reason, including, without limitation, if STG determines that the Competition
cannot be conducted as planned, technical failure or other cause beyond STG’s control.
