2) The RE/MAX model shares resources and support services between franchises, keeping costs low and allowing brokers to focus on business growth rather than office operations.
3) As part of a large network, RE/MAX brokers and agents benefit from well-known branding, marketing, leads, and referrals nationwide and worldwide. Individual brokers have difficulty competing on these levels.
