QASSIMIA GROUP, under the sole proprietorship of Mr. Mohammad Saeed
Al Qassimi.

From 2004 to 2009 has been a complete review of the company and the
product ranges we represent and is now geared to meet the rapidly chang-

needs in the market.
We have also added a HOTELS/HOSPITALITY division, bringing a range of
high quality, innovative designs to this rapidly expanding market sector.

ABOUT

2XL Furniture & Home Décor is a partnership between two major shareholders. It is
co-owned by Royal Group and Mr. Mohammed Ahmed Saeed Al Qassimi.
Royal Group is one of the largest business and investment holding houses in the UAE today,
having over 60 medium to large sized companies under their banner. His Highness Sheikh
Tahnoon bin Zayed Al Nahyan is the Chairman of Royal Group.
Mr. Mohammed Ahmed Saeed Al Qassimi is the Chairman to a group of home-grown compa-
nies that have grown from strength to strength over the years. Brands under this banner
include:
Citadel Properties – The first in the group of companies, Citadel Properties has an impres-
sive real estate portfolio inclusive of Mega Mall, residential and business properties, and
labor camps.
Mega Mall – At 800,000 square feet, it is one of the largest malls in Sharjah, and is a land-
mark in this emirate. The mall is made up of 4 floors showcasing the leading retail brands of
the region, and is fast becoming one of the most popular shopping destinations of UAE.
Antic’s Land – Is the Middle East’s first Mediterranean- style indoor family theme park
based on Arab story-telling, edutainment, mystery and fun for the entire family. It is one of
UAE’s largest indoor theme parks, and is based on the third floor of Mega Mall.
Pizzaro – The food division of the group has created Pizzaro, an Italian chain of restaurants
with branches all across the UAE.
