Our Terms and Conditions:
1. We charge 8.33% of annual gross salary from the employer within one month of the
candidates’ joining. TCTC (Total Cost To Company) includes Fixed Cost To Company.
OR
If you want contract basis service, we charge 10% on total monthly salary Bill.
2. For our payroll you will have to pay us complete salary payment including EPF & ESIC.
3. Service Tax as applicable will be extra and TDS, if applicable shall be deducted at
sources.
4. Our consultancy charge should be paid in favor of “Aditya Placement Services” by
cheque /draft only.
5. If you do not release our service charge within a month, interest would be chargeable
@12% per week on the total bill.
6. All information of selection process from interview call to Selection and Joining of the
candidate should be shared with us on mail.
7. The selected Candidates should be given their appointment letter and a copy to us also.
8. In case any candidate leaves of own will before completion of three months, we provide
free replacement matching with same profile.
