InteliWISE provides an intelligent search tool called AnswerNow for Comcast's training. AnswerNow is able to immediately solve problems by guiding users to exact answers and relevant content like presentations, rather than generic search results. It understands user queries written in different ways by accounting for synonyms, misspellings, and different sentence structures. Analytics and reporting show that AnswerNow has a high usage rate among Comcast employees, with over 75% using it weekly, a hit rate of over 97%, and handling 1,500 to 3,500 interactions per week. The query miss report identifies new answers needed for common questions.
