1. About SPE:

SPE is a platform created with the help of 27 Engineers from companies like IBM,
Yahoo, Google, Microsoft, Zensar etc.., working on Industry leading tools and
technologies and sharing common motive of generating excellent raw resources for the
opportunities available in IT industries. Characteristics include:
• Provide right training to students needed by Industry
• Enable students for Industrial training/Internship for industry
• Certification oriented training.
• Incubation phase, where direct industry project work for qualified students. After this
phase they can project themselves as experienced users, rather than as fresher
• Low training cost and Job oriented.

2. Training Model: Our training model consists of three phases as shown in the picture

Phase description:
I-Phase(Basic): This is First phase where we will create a strong foundation for student.
In this phase students will learn basic and advanced programming concept. These
concepts will be delivered using tool which will help student to learn quickly and apply
the concepts directly. Also In this phase, student will develop a project on their own
under guidance/supervision of SPE team.
II-Phase(Internship): This is second phase of training and this phase has pre-requisite of
I-Phase(i.e. Basic foundation is mandatory for this phase). This phase will help students
in creating projects or industrial training. In this phase students will get exposure to
industry environment, and approach of software development and testing. Also this
phase will create capability in students to develop their own software.
III-Phase(Incubation): This phase will provide training what industry demands. We
have tie-up with the IT industry, wherein the companies will provide projects and
students will gain confidence and will prove that they are capable to work. Before we
engage students on live projects, SPE will provide trainings to students on required tools
and technology required to apply on live projects provided by IT industries. Once student
get certified then they will be allowed to work for the company and based on the
performance of student, their salary will be decided by IT industry.

Key Takeaway for Students:

• Long term benefit to students because students will get direct exposure to industry
environment. Also they will learn all the basics before joining industry, so no
more training required when they join industry.
• Work experience on Tools required by IT industries eg. Development tools
(RAD, RSA, etc..) and Testing tools ( RFT, RPT etc..)
• Opportunity to work on Live Projects
• Course Completion Certificate on successful completion of the project
• Experience certificate on successful completion of the project. Student can update
resume with experience of working on the project they worked. In this way
industry will consider them as experienced candidate rather than as fresher. Salary
will be more than fresher.
