Colin Perry was onboard the MV Aurelia in September-October 2015 representing Alcatel for a
gradiometer and ROV survey as part of a scope of work for cable installation. The works were very
challenging with numerous workscope changes and in-field management of the contractor to maximize
efficient vessel utilization in-field.
Colin remained patient and calm throughout the project and was an excellent communicator to the
team in the office to allow efficient decision making to be made and made good and pro-active
decisions onboard the vessel. Colin was professional at all times and was completely involved in the
project working with the contractor and client to meet the objectives within a difficult schedule.
I would not hesitate to recommend Colin for similar projects and we would certainly welcome Colin
onboard future Alcatel projects.
