Coherent Solutions was founded in 1995 in Minneapolis, MN by Igor Epshteyn who acts as its owner and CEO. In 2003 Igor
established an offshore development center in his native town, Minsk, Belarus and tapped the services of his long-time
friend Alexandre Schneerson to act as its General Manager.
The company's offices in the U.S. and Eastern Europe allow it to provide front-end consulting services in both markets
paired with software development, testing, and maintenance outsourcing services from its development center in Minsk,
Belarus.
