 In-charge of managing and controlling Production and Safety operations in a shift with a
team size of 200 employees at an Underground Colliery, Mahanadi Coalfields Limited
(MCL), CIL.
 Worked as the Explosive Magazine in-charge at the Colliery level, managing supply and
storage of explosives.
 Worked as the ISO Nodal Officer at the Colliery in-charge of standardizing all the
technical and non technical work at the project level as per ISO 9001-2008 Quality
standards and ISO 14001-2004 Environment standards.
 Worked as head of the MIS team at project level, in-charge of generating and analyzing
daily production and breakdown reports and also in-charge of Manpower Budgeting.
 As member of internal audit committee of MCL, worked with senior management to
design the Integrated Management Manual of MCL
