Don't. • Measure twice, cut once – assess, assess, then move • Lean on experience but/and avoid the WYSIATI trap • Don't confuse efficiency with effectiveness • Rate of change increasing means that you need more resources and expertise to keep up 2. - Drew, here is some more stuff that I took from the 2021 State of Disruption report that really underscores your point, especially when we marry it up to some data – in this case from BCG but there are tons of reports like this out there and the numbers of failure rate are pretty consistent. - The first of the two new things that we want to talk with you about today is that we are about to kick off public marketing for something that we have been building with a really significant investment from our company and based on something that the market has been asking for: we have added a bunch of additional inside resources to allow us to offer managed AWS and Azure service bundles. The idea here is that we can take something that is DIY for a lot of companies – and where a lot of companies get in trouble – and wrap around it the level of support that lets customers get the upside of what is offered without having to deal with all the complexity of how to get there. AWS and Azure have been great disruptors and have really advanced the state of the art BUT the next thing that we want to talk about is also a key ingredient in getting the most and best out of business tech. And for that let me turn to Picc.
