This document presents a clinical case of a 32-year-old female patient who was admitted to the hospital for numbness in her right hand and fingers of her left hand. She has a history of multiple sclerosis diagnosed in 2018. On examination, her vitals were stable and neurological exam was normal. She was diagnosed with Dhatukshaya janya vata vyadhi (a vata disorder caused by tissue depletion). She received treatment including panchakarma therapies like abhyanga, shirodhara, and basti as well as herbal medications over 20 days. At discharge her numbness had reduced by 45% and she felt lighter. She was advised to continue medications and lifestyle modifications.
