This document summarizes a student project to develop a Clinic Record and Drugs Management System. The project aims to address problems with the current manual system, including poor drug data handling, a lack of good storage for drug and patient information, and delays in retrieving records. The objectives are to study existing clinical and drug management processes, design an automated system, and recommend better approaches. The methodology uses evolutionary prototyping and includes analyzing current processes, defining requirements, designing and coding the system, and testing. The final system created is a web-based clinic and drug management system to replace the manual process currently used at the student's polytechnic clinic.
