This is the first presentation that the Bamboo Reinforced Concrete team gave to the entire Clemson Engineers for Developing Countries (CEDC) organization.

2. Project Statement
Implement a design in which bamboo can be
used as a structural alternative to steel rebar.
This would improve current Haitian concrete
infrastructure which contains no reinforcement.

3. Inspiration
Infrastructure flaws (lack of steel rebar
reinforcement) resulting in the death of thousands
in the 2010 Haitian earthquake.
