2. Who are Klencophil International Inc?
Officially joined the Cleaning Industry in the Philippines on August, 2008.
Incorporated and Registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
This is a 100% Filipino Owned Corporation, Chaired by Mr. Herminio Patrimonio, also
Owner and President of HP Print Trader.
Initially started with a five Million Capital, It has continually served the Philippine
Industry backed up with the Exclusive Distributorship Arrangement with KLENCO
Asia in Singapore.
In its two years of existence, it has doubled its working capital with the ample
inventory to supply the vast growing needs of the Philippine industry.

5. Our ResidentialServices
Basic Clean - This generally takes between 2-3 hours to complete and involves a surface clean of all
kitchen and bathroom surfaces. It also includes vacuuming/mopping of all floors, emptying of bins and
ageneral tidyup.
Deep Cleaning – This service usually takes between 4 and 6 hours depending on initial state. It covers all
cleaning within the basic service but has additional activities which include: cleaning the inside of the
oven,scrubbing tiles andgrout in wet areas, cleaning spots/markson walls.
End of Lease/Moving Clean – This would usually take between 8-10 hours and is designed to ensure
you guarantee. It has the same components asthe deep clean service but with additional components that
include: cleaning the inside of all cabinets, clean doors/ handles andclean windows
Customised Residential Clean – This one is driven by the customer. They may have an external space
such as a shed or garage that needs cleaning or some specialist area such as a home office or workshop.

6. Our CommercialServices
Regular Frequency Clean - The most effective way to maintain a highly clean office space is by
selecting a Regular Frequency service. In order to choose the best frequency you need to look at a few
factors:
- Howmuch traffic passesthrough your building daily?
- Isyour traffic comingfrom adirty workshop ornot?
- How many staff members occupy the space and how
much mess/rubbish they willcreate?
Commercial End of Lease Clean - Our End of Lease cleaning package is an extensive deep clean
designed to thoroughly clean your building from top to bottom. This service generally takes between 10 –
20 hours depending onthearea.
Commercial Customised Clean - Our custom cleaning service offers you total flexibility to choose
how youwould like usto clean your office! Youdecide the tasksthat we doandthose that wedon’t.

8. CarpetCleaning
Breathe life back into your carpet with a steam cleaning service. Our professional
trained and experienced technicians use a 5 step, hot water extraction method to
clean, invigorate and freshen your carpet
1. Pre Vacuum
2. PreTreat Spots& Stains
3. PreSpraythe carpet loosen dirt anddeodorise
4. Usehot water cleaning equipment to remove deep down stains andodours
5. Grooming the carpet to lift the pile

9. Stripping and Waxing a Floor
1. Apply the stripper (cleaner that is used in mop bucket)
2. Let sit for 10 to 15 minutes (letting dwell: letting the cleaner sit on the floor in
order to break down the dirt, grease, and grime)
3. Use Rotary machine to scrub floors (professional use recommended)
4. Edging by hand to miss any hard to reach spots
5. Wet vac all stripper
6. Neutralize the floor with multi-purpose cleaner
7. Wet vac the neutralizer
8. Mop and wet vac again
9. Use air blower to dry floors completely (high efficiency and high power fans
low to the floor)
10.We dust mop the floor for total drying
11.Apply three layers of wax finish and we are done!
