He is also a founding partner of the TransformAgility Group, a partnership of experts helping companies to implement more effective agile and innovative collaborative practices and cultures. He is one of two partners of Integral Innovation 2.0, for which he provides training in production innovation. He holds a bachelor's degree in chemical engineering, Nuclear Option, from Royal Military College of Canada, a master's degree in engineering from McGill University, a MBA (concentration in strategic management) from the University of Ottawa, and a training certificate in workshop facilitation from the Centre québécois de la PNL.
