Claude Émond, BEng, MEng, MBA, rmc, CD Claude Émond is a founding partner of Entreprises Quali-Scope Inc., a Canadian company specializing in consulting, coaching, facilitation and Action Learning in agility and organizational performance. He is also a founding partner of the TransformAgility Group, a partnership of experts helping companies to implement more effective agile and innovative collaborative practices and cultures. He is one of two partners of Integral Innovation 2.0, for which he provides training in production innovation. He holds a bachelor's degree in chemical engineering, Nuclear Option, from Royal Military College of Canada, a master's degree in engineering from McGill University, a MBA (concentration in strategic management) from the University of Ottawa, and a training certificate in workshop facilitation from the Centre québécois de la PNL. He is a co-author of the first international standard on project portfolio management (The Standard for Portfolio Management, 1st edition, PMI, 2006), and the author of numerous articles on agility, LEAN, cultures and innovative practices, notably for ProjectTimes.com (With over 35 years' experience as an internationally recognized expert in innovation and organizational agility, he has worked as a project manager, a C-suite manager and has given conferences and workshops on these subjects in Canada, the United States, Europe, North Africa and Southeast Asia. Claude has designed and taught courses for Université Laval and York University (Project Management certifications), École des Hautes Études Commerciales de Montréal (a 7 day program in Agile project management), and ETS (Management of construction projects). He provides training in agile project management and transformation to agile cultures on specialized master's programs at 3 of the sites in the CESI network of schools in France. He developed and directs agile management workshops for innovation projects offered by the Québec Product Development and Innovation Institute, as well as strategic management workshops for the Montreal Leadership Institute.
