His broad expertise includes areas such as Business Alignment Assessment, Strategic Planning, Business Operations Improvement & Turnaround, Supply Chain Integration, Strategic Sourcing, Culture Change and People Engagement.

Tech (Hons.), MBA, MIIE, MCP, PMP, CSCM Director, OneTeam SCM Center of Excellence Ashok is a certified SAP Project Manager and SCM consultant  for a period of more than 12 years. He has managed several  SAP software implementation projects consisting of SCM functionality  for multinational companies, in manufacturing, distribution,  entertainment and consumer goods industries.

Ioan RUDY Durkovics B.A. Economics, CSCM Rudy is a Supply Chain professional with extensive experience in hands-on Inventory, Logistics, Material and Warehouse Management systems in a multi-client environment. He has a Bachelor Degree in Economics, majoring in Management, Marketing and IT solutions,  and he is also experienced in Management-Accounting related Cost-control.

Sameer Sen  PGDMSM,EMIT,CSCM,CSSU Member of Society of Manufacturing Engineers – Toronto Chapter 26 Forum of International Trade and Training, Canada International Supply Chain Education Alliance, Ohio, USA  Sameer Sen has over 16 years of hands on experience in developing Distribution channels, International Trade, Warehousing and Logistics Operations.  He has won several awards and accolades for his innovative techniques in sales promotion and business development thru efficient distribution channel.  He has spent over 5 years in International Trade managing  Swiss Aluminium giant Alusuisse aluminium trade with primary and secondary aluminium producers in India.  Since 2003 he is in Canada and has worked in furniture industry and has developed and improved Warehousing and Logistics operation procedures and participated in numerous trade shows for business development.  Recently, he has joined BRASI’s professional network as Associate Instructor and is responsible for  developing International market presence and  alliances.
Faculty (Contd.) Ric Phillips President, 3V Communications Ric Phillips is a professional Communications Coach, who works with clients to improve their verbal, vocal and visual communications skills. Since 2002, Ric Phillips has conducted workshops and one-on-one sessions with his clients, ranging from corporations to students to new Canadians. Ric travels world wide to help clients with their communication and team development needs.
Faculty (Contd.) Andreas Hug Lic. OEC, HSG, MA Andreas is a management consultant and the Master Trainer for STRUCTOGRAM® in Canada. He has presented public and corporate workshops in Ontario and in British Columbia and given shorter communications workshops for professional groups and for participants in a job finding program. Multilingual, he enjoys working with people from all cultural and functional backgrounds.  Andreas has been instrumental in bringing a unique soft-skill training system to Canada.
