3. Chandra Elango
IT Director, VMWare
Chandra is responsible for Enterprise Applications Shared Services at
VMware . In this role, he manages a global team of 300+ people that are
responsible for UI/UX Development, Enterprise Applications Integrations
Development, Performance Engineering, QA and Application Support.
Chandra joined VMware, Palo Alto in 2008 and relocated to start the IT
Applications group in Bangalore 5 years ago. He has played a number of
leadership roles within IT Applications group and has a strong track record
of delivering key customer facing applications.
Prior to joining VMware, Chandra worked at Cisco Systems and The
Gallup Organization and has over 16 years of IT industry experience. He
holds a Masters degree in Electrical Engineering from University of
Washington, Seattle and an MBA from San Jose State University, San Jose.
Chandra is based in Bangalore.
4. Johnson Jose
Director Engineering, Cisco
Johnson is responsible for Process, Systems and Datacenter for engineering
and Engineering tools for Cisco’s R&D division. Johnson drives end to end
product development workflow and architecture for Cisco development
process, systems and software release which include Agile, Waterfall and
Hybrid.
Johnson completed his Bachelor degree in Electronics and Communications
from Mangalore University, MBA from University of Wales UK , and
Venture Capitalist Executive from University of California Berkeley. 15
years of experience at Cisco Systems, Johnson has lots of credit for his work
towards making development and testing workflows simple, productive
and scalable with growing need for simplicity and flexibility.
His thought leadership and management has created paradigm shift in
engineering organizations, that creates best quality products for customers
of Cisco Systems, which is heading towards becoming #1 IT company in the
world. Before Joining Cisco Systems Johnson was worked with Novell Inc.
5. Ritendra Banerjee
Co-founder and CEO, SALT
Riten is Co-Founder of a Global Finishing School, Founding President of Scientrix Asia, a strategy
execution consulting established with the ex-CEO of Mercedes Benz.
His previous stints include being Head of ETE at Cathay Pacific Airlines; Sr.VP and Head-Asean for
Maveric Systems; VP, Co-Founder and Global Head of Satyam’s Business Consulting Group. Prior to
Satyam, Riten was involved with Connectivity (as Managing Partner), QAI (Co-Founder and Head of the
Organization Practice that focussed on Strategy, Change and Knowledge Management issues with
technology clients), Arthur D.Little (as Chief Consultant and Head Operations of their India networked
entity, COSMODE) and KPMG (as Supervising Consultant) in Consulting Practice building roles. He has
global experience of having worked in and consulted with clients across markets-300 plus clients in over 20
countries
Riten is an Advisory Panel member and speaker for Quality, Tech and Assurance events and conferences
such as CII, NASSCOM, IQPC, ISB, Marcus Evans, On line Panel member for McKinsey Quarterly on
assurance and technology, and Co-author of 2 globally best selling books business books on KM.
A past researcher with Profs at HBS (he is a member of the Harvard Club of India), Columbia and IIM, he
is also the Awards Panel member of the global standards Board for Testing-ISTQB, as well as Global Online
Alumni Coordinator at KPMG. He was recently featured as an Honored Member in the Stanford Who is
Who Black Book. Riten's recent Life Book I AM LOSING SIGNAL has been a bestseller out of the US.
6. Sridhar Vijayaraghavan
Country Leader IBM Rational Software, IN & SE
Sridhar has been with IBM for over 6 years now, and in the IT field
overall for 25 years. During this period, he has held key roles in
leading the Sales & Marketing, Distribution and brand building
across industry verticals and technologies.
In his current role, he is responsible for the business operations and
growth of IBM Rational software in India/South Asia region. His
team in Rational is focused on helping IT organizations and service
providers accelerate software delivery by extending Lean and Agile
practices across the entire software value chain.
Prior to joining IBM, Sridhar has had stints with organizations like
Oracle, PeopleSoft, Ramco Systems and Digital. Sridhar is an
engineering graduate from NIT Kurukshetra, and lives in
Bangalore with his wife and two daughters.

“Dev team supports operational requirements such
as deploy scripts, diagnostics, and load and
performance testing from the beginning of the
