This course outline has been
composed centering on the idea
about Leadership that I have
learned from the teaching of
Father Sun Myung Moon and his
lifestyle:
leaders must have parental heart, public mind, selfless attitude,
strong will and undying commitment just as the parents will do
everything even risking their lives for the sake of their children.
This is a parent! We must have utmost sincere love for God,
absolute faith to TPs, deep commitment to fulfill God’s will and
strong desire to build the Kingdom of God on earth and in
heaven.
1. Unity with your Leader (object consciousness) = First
Blessing (management of self towards vertical line)
Look at your superiors as God’s representative
Absolute unity with higher leadership
Ownership of the goal & vision at large
Filial Piety towards your superior (as parent)
2. People management (subject consciousness) = Second
Blessing (management of relationship with others)
Consider all your members as your children and images
of God
Unconditional love for members in the position of a
parent
Deep concern for members’ welfare & situations
Proper authority to keep order, etiquette and moral
norms in every relationship
3. Stewardship (dominion over creation) = Third Blessing
(management of all things)
Treat all things as symbolic representations of God
Concern for all public properties, funds and all things
Build economic stability & independency
Resourcefulness (proper use of all public
assets/properties)
