 Recruited and managed a team of three Field Organizers in a successful campaign to fill a vacant Republican state senate seat.
 Coordinated activists from across Northern Virginia to organize and execute a full-scale, winning campaign over the course of just six
weeks, which overcame a 16-point deficit for a 2% victory.
 Used VoteBuilder to execute daily virtual phone banks with callers from all over the state and extensive daily canvasses.
 Oversaw an absentee ballot program which had us ahead by 400 votes leading into Election Day.
