• To Collect and Analyze Vital Statistics events of the Civil
Registration System(CRS) : Real time transfer of Birth and death
information from user to server/central level through APP
• We are here with a idea of an app which would replace the manual method
of birth and death information registration by filling form manually.
• In this application the user will fill the form of registering birth and death
information digitally.
• Through which information will get automatically updated on the
government database.
• And the information get certified by the government.
• The current system of Civil Registration is difficult to handle as the form has to
filled manually .
• System is not reliable as more paperwork is to be done.
• Through the proposed system application user will get the more reliable platform
for registering their birth and death.
• More people can connect with each other as the system becomes digitalized.
• Filling of forms and getting the registration done is less time-taking through this
way.

• Registration panel consist of a Sign Up form for the new user.
• Every new user have to register himself before registering for the birth and
death.
• Through this registration process a specific registration unit is allotted to
every user.
• A birth registration form is provided in this panel.
• Necessary information regarding the birth is filled in this form.
• Document verification is done at the end of the form.
• After filling the birth registration form a specific reference number is
generated for every user.
• Reference number is used to check the application status of the birth form.
• A death registration form is provided in this panel.
• Necessary information regarding the deceased person is filled in this form.
• Document verification is done at the end of the form
• After filling the death registration form a specific reference number is
generated for every user.
• Reference number is used to check the application status of the death
form.
• Increase in the number of registrations with CRS application system on a uniform
platform throughout the country.
• Recording and managing the old registrations and new registration in an electronic
register format.
• Increase in overcoming the unavailability of desktops and laptops in rural and
remote areas.
• The recorded vital statistics is used for demographic purposes such as preparation
of population estimates and projections, studies of mortality, fertility and
construction of life tables.
