Civil Registration System (CRS) is an android based mobile application for registration of Birth and Death events. Primarily CRS App is designed and developed for Registrars and Sub-Registrars who are working with CRS online system and have android smart phones. In this era of technology and digital world, mobility is a reality of today’s work environment. The idea behind CRS App is to engage and increase the number of registrations with CRS online system on a uniform platform throughout the country.

6. • To Collect and Analyze Vital Statistics events of the Civil
Registration System(CRS) : Real time transfer of Birth and death
information from user to server/central level through APP

7. • We are here with a idea of an app which would replace the manual method
of birth and death information registration by filling form manually.
• In this application the user will fill the form of registering birth and death
information digitally.
• Through which information will get automatically updated on the
government database.
• And the information get certified by the government.

filled manually .
• System is not reliable as more paperwork is to be done.
• Through the proposed system application user will get the more reliable platform
for registering their birth and death.

way.

13. • Registration panel consist of a Sign Up form for the new user.
• Every new user have to register himself before registering for the birth and
death.
• Through this registration process a specific registration unit is allotted to
every user.

• Necessary information regarding the birth is filled in this form.
• Document verification is done at the end of the form.

• Reference number is used to check the application status of the birth form.
