6. • To Collect and Analyze Vital Statistics events of the Civil
Registration System(CRS) : Real time transfer of Birth and death
information from user to server/central level through APP

7. • We are here with a idea of an app which would replace the manual method
of birth and death information registration by filling form manually.
• In this application the user will fill the form of registering birth and death
information digitally.
• Through which information will get automatically updated on the
government database.
• And the information get certified by the government.

13. • Registration panel consist of a Sign Up form for the new user.
• Every new user have to register himself before registering for the birth and
death.
• Through this registration process a specific registration unit is allotted to
every user.
