• It is based on at least one user’s request for a particular service.

• Every active service user and service provider are registered in the
system in this way:
1) accesses the application
2) user/provider data is entered
3) the identity is verified
4) the registration of the user/provider is rejected or approved
5) the user/provider data is entered into the user service database

• Communication is easy and efficient and similar to the one on Booking.
• Before making service reservation, information about the principal
address, mobile phone number etc. is not available.
• Data is processed in transparent manner because your privacy is our top

• Devices for service usage and for communication
with the system range from smartphone to
tablets, laptops, computers etc.
• Entering the provider’s profile, service timeline,
users’ comments and rank can be seen.
• After choosing the provider’s profile, user sees
the provider’s mobile phone number in order to
agree on time, location and price.

22. Payment methods – credit card
• After choosing a provider’s profile, user can see contact number (mobile
phone number) and the price is agreed on through user-provider
communication.
• In case that both service user and provider agree on the price and if the
payment is confirmed, the price will be deducted from user’s credit card.
• During reservation process user enters card info (the card's expiration
date, CVV number) and the exact amount is ‘on-hold’ (waiting to be
authorized) till the user approves the payment marking the service as
satisfactory.
• After providing the service, if user is satisfied, money will be
immediately transferred to service provider’s account + VAT included.
23. Payment methods - cash
• Despite the application is designed to be a cashless experience, user can
also choose cash payment for the service provided.
• The price is agreed on in advance through user-provider communication.
• After the service being provided, user gets the invoice (for billing).
• User pays by cash and provider pays commission (fee) to application
owner (inventor).
• Every service provider gets a portable printer for printing R1 invoice (if
required by law).
24. • Advances of all well-known on-demand service applications are merged
into one!
• Each service user can be service provider at the same time by switching
the account/profile type.
• Payment is guaranteed, but only in case that the user is satisfied with the
service provided.
