• service user’s device for communication with the system
• service provider’s device for communication with the system
• service users database
• service providers database
• service request
Short description and realization
• It is based on at least one user’s request for a particular service.
• It searches the database to identify at least one service provider .
• Every active service user and service provider are registered in the
system in this way:
1) accesses the application
2) user/provider data is entered
3) the identity is verified
4) the registration of the user/provider is rejected or approved
5) the user/provider data is entered into the user service database

The process of entering user data firstly occurs by entering:
a) user's first name and last name
b) user’s address
c) date and place of birth
d) user’s identification number
Provider’s data entry
The process of entering service provider’s data occurs by entering:
a) first name and last name
b) provider’s address
c) date of birth
d) type of service(s)
e) the expected service price
f) location
g) information about the education and/or professional experience
h) provider’s social networks

• Service user database enchances with the registration of every new
service user.
• Service providers evaluate the service user's behavior.
• Service providers database enchances with the registration of every new
service provider.
• It broadens the record of an existing service providers upgrading or
lowering their rating.

• If a provider’s service is of quality and affordable, the rating gets
upgraded = precedes other service providers in all other services
• it will be possible to increase the service price
• If the service is bad, of poor quality or if the service provider has a bad
behavior, the rating will be negative
• the provider will no longer be able to provide the service or use the service
Rating and ranking conclusion
• Service users will eliminate the
provider by not using the service
anymore because of the negative
rating.
• Such provider will no longer be
able to re-register in the system!
How it works from user’s perspective?
1) user requests a service
2) the system application searches the service provider database
3) it identifies the appropriate providers of particular service
4) the offers are shown to the service user
5) service user makes a choice
6) service provider gets a notification
7) after providing the service a feedback is filled out
8) service evaluation is stored in service provider's database
How it works from provider’s perspective?
1) service user requests a service
2) the system application searches the service providers’ database
3) after identifying the appropriate providers, sends the request for service offer to
them
4) service providers send their offers
5) offers are ranked and shown along with a user recommendation
6) service user selects a service provider
7) provider receives the service request
8) the service is provided to the service user
9) the payment confirmation is received
10) both service provider and service user are evaluated
11) the service quality is entered

Communication between user and provider
• Communication is easy and efficient and similar to the one on Booking.
• Before making service reservation, information about the principal
address, mobile phone number etc. is not available.
• Data is processed in transparent manner because your privacy is our top

• Only after making service reservation, user can see provider’s phone
number.
Get Work application userface
• Devices for service usage and for communication
with the system range from smartphone to
tablets, laptops, computers etc.
• Entering the provider’s profile, service timeline,
users’ comments and rank can be seen.
• After choosing the provider’s profile, user sees
the provider’s mobile phone number in order to
agree on time, location and price.

Payment methods – credit card
• After choosing a provider’s profile, user can see contact number (mobile
phone number) and the price is agreed on through user-provider
communication.
• In case that both service user and provider agree on the price and if the
payment is confirmed, the price will be deducted from user’s credit card.
• During reservation process user enters card info (the card's expiration
date, CVV number) and the exact amount is ‘on-hold’ (waiting to be
authorized) till the user approves the payment marking the service as
satisfactory.
• After providing the service, if user is satisfied, money will be
immediately transferred to service provider’s account + VAT included.
Payment methods - cash
• Despite the application is designed to be a cashless experience, user can
also choose cash payment for the service provided.
• The price is agreed on in advance through user-provider communication.
• After the service being provided, user gets the invoice (for billing).
• User pays by cash and provider pays commission (fee) to application
owner (inventor).
• Every service provider gets a portable printer for printing R1 invoice (if
required by law).
• Advances of all well-known on-demand service applications are merged
into one!
• Each service user can be service provider at the same time by switching
the account/profile type.
• Payment is guaranteed, but only in case that the user is satisfied with the
service provided.
• Get Work® application’s commission is 5 %

Short description and realization • It is based on at least one user’s request for a particular service. • It searches the database to identify at least one service provider . • Every active service user and service provider are registered in the system in this way: 1) accesses the application 2) user/provider data is entered 3) the identity is verified 4) the registration of the user/provider is rejected or approved 5) the user/provider data is entered into the user service database

Communication between user and provider • Communication is easy and efficient and similar to the one on Booking. • Before making service reservation, information about the principal address, mobile phone number etc. is not available. • Data is processed in transparent manner because your privacy is our top priority. Get Work application userface • Devices for service usage and for communication with the system range from smartphone to tablets, laptops, computers etc. • Entering the provider’s profile, service timeline, users’ comments and rank can be seen. • After choosing the provider’s profile, user sees the provider’s mobile phone number in order to agree on time, location and price. ®

Payment methods – credit card • After choosing a provider’s profile, user can see contact number (mobile phone number) and the price is agreed on through user-provider communication. • In case that both service user and provider agree on the price and if the payment is confirmed, the price will be deducted from user’s credit card. • During reservation process user enters card info (the card's expiration date, CVV number) and the exact amount is ‘on-hold’ (waiting to be authorized) till the user approves the payment marking the service as satisfactory. • After providing the service, if user is satisfied, money will be immediately transferred to service provider’s account + VAT included.

Payment methods - cash • Despite the application is designed to be a cashless experience, user can also choose cash payment for the service provided. • The price is agreed on in advance through user-provider communication. • After the service being provided, user gets the invoice (for billing). • User pays by cash and provider pays commission (fee) to application owner (inventor). • Every service provider gets a portable printer for printing R1 invoice (if required by law).
