•Andreas Weigand holds a Master in Finance with focus on entrepreneurship from IE Business School (ranked nr. 3 worldwide according to Financial Times ranking 2014). Andreas worked within the finance industry at various banks and was at last a Senior Consultant at FactSetin Frankfurt. At FactSethe had to work close with Product development and learned how technology and finance come together to deliver an innovative product. 
•Meanwhile he set up various civic projects being the charity coordinator for FactSetin Germany. 
•Recently, Andreas wrote a research paper on Crowdfunding and its impact on development together with the University of Brasilia (UnB). Meanwhile he studied economic development and institutional innovation within post graduate classes at the UnB.
