THIS RECIPE IS A KIWI CLASSIC ‘CITRUS SLICE’.
THE BASE
THE FIRST THING FOR THE BASE IS 200G OF CRUSHED WINE BISCUITS
NEXT OFF YOU MELT 100G OF BUTTER AND STIR UNTIL SMOOTH
AND ADD A CAN OF CONDESED MILK.
5. POURING THE BISCUITS
INTO THE BUTTER MIXTURE
ADD THE CRUMBS TO THE BUTTER MIXTURE.THEN
STIR UNTIL SMOOTH .
6. READY SETTING!
ADD THE MIX INTO A BAKING
TRAY.
SPREAD THE MIXTURE AROUND THE
TRAY.THEN PRESS LIGHTLY WITH A
SPOON.THEN PUT THE TRAY IN THE
FRIDGE OVERNIGHT.
7. SPREADING THE ICING
NOW SPREAD THE ICING ACROSS THE BASE.
MAKE SURE YOU MISS NO SPOTS.
