The Ingredients For The Blueberry Oat Squares
1 cup quick oats
12 cup spelt, white, or oat flour
14 tsp salt
14 tsp baking powder
Optional 14 tsp cinnamon
13 cup sugar, unrefined if desired
13 cup oil
2 cups fresh or frozen thawed blueberries
1 12 tsp cornstarch or arrowroots
1 tsp sweetener of choice, or pinch uncut stevia
What To Do
In a large bowl, combine the flour, oats, 1 cup sugar and baking soda. Cut in
butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
In a large saucepan, combine blueberries, cornstarch, lemon juice and remaining
sugar. Bring to a boil for 2 minutes, stirring constantly.
Spread evenly the crust.

Allow to cool for 5 min and cut into squares
My Explanation
I would need to change the recipe so that I can bake it for the class. I would
multiply 12x3=36 and my serving was 12 when i multiplied it. So I would have 36
for the class.
