Ingredients Steps to Cook
 Butter (170 gm)
 Salt (1/4 tsp)
 Icing Sugar (100 gm)
 Egg yolk (1)
 Almond Flour (70 gm)
 Cinnamon Powder
(1/4 tsp)
 White Flour (210 gm)
 Lemon Zest
 Strawberry Jam
1. Take butter in a bowl and add salt and icing
sugar in it and mix.
2. Add one egg yolk and mix.
3. Then add almond flour and cinnamon powder
and mix.
4. Then add the plain flour and a little lemon zest
and knead well in the form of dough.
5. Then dust some flour and roll flat the dough on a
surface.
6. Then cut this dough into differentshapes, make
a small cut in upper layer cookies.
7. Bake these cookies on 170 degrees centigrade for
25 minutes.
8. Cookies are ready, add a little jam on cookies to
stick.
9. Dust some icing sugar, place these cookies on
another.
10. Fill these cookies with strawberry jam.
11. Linzer cookies are ready to serve.
