Randall Kempner is the executive director of the Aspen Network of Development Entrepreneurs (ANDE), which supports small and growing businesses (SGBs) in developing countries. ANDE believes that by providing capital and support to SGBs, it can create millions of jobs and solutions to social problems. Kempner oversees ANDE's training programs and impact metrics. Originally formed in 2009, ANDE has grown to 167 members working globally to fund entrepreneurs and build SGBs in emerging markets. Through programs like its Capacity Development Fund, ANDE has provided over $474,000 in grants to strengthen SGB support organizations.
