5. The muscle and money power has become part and
parcel of Indian elections. The political parties seek illegitimate
ways to win or influence the outcome of elections.
• The cyclic process developed for eradication of muscle and money
power involves the following stages:
 The Citizen who has the Right To Vote is subjected to register his or her
vote in the finger print voting machine that would count a vote when
the finger print of a person matches with the one in the Data Base
Management System. This would completely eradicate fake voting.
 The provision for No vote button will help in driving the citizens from
their homes to the poll booth, who are unsatisfied with all the political
parties contesting in elections. This would also help in fair increase of
Vote-Age Percentage.
 The generation of a Receipt as a proof for having voted prevents
impersonification of duly registered person in place of others and drew
more people to vote in elections.

6.  The receipt obtained by the citizens should be submitted to a local
government body so that their government subsidies and services can be
extended. This would force many people to vote in elections or else their
livelihood will be affected. Or else even at the time of registering their
vote in the electronic voting machine which is interfaced with the data
base management system can electronically extend their government
services and subsidies. The person who have not participated in voting
would render in blocking of their government subsidies and services
unless an appropriate reason is specified. This would emphasize on the
importance and responsibility to vote. Indirectly voting is made
mandatory and citizens now FIGHT FOR THEIR RIGHT TO VOTE.
 The people who are unable to come and register their vote in poll booth
due to fear and other unavoidable reasons can be allowed to vote online
through internet banking on duly submission of proof. An SMS will be
sent to their phone number as a proof of having voted.
