35-hour week during summer & 17-hour week during school | Worked as a
customer-facing support engineer providing technical support for SAS software,
with primary focus on the Windows platform. Developed skills in software tool
development, support/troubleshooting methods, and enterprise-level software
deployment/configuration. Became proficient in technical writing, customer
communication, team building, and scheduling.

40-hour week | Undertook tasks with multiple computer hardware engineering
teams. These tasks covered platform development, hardware debugging, and
system quality assurance on EMC2 solutions. Applied practical engineering on
different layers of computing architecture and development process. Primary
focus on server solution development and analysis. Also, performed BIOS
configuration, used Cadence design packages, and analyzed motherboard
components and buses with scopes and probes. This role also involved
cooperation with manufacturers and international teams.
