Job Summary
Main responsibilities
Submit all spa document to the Ministry of Public Health.
Submit all spa document for spa excise tax.
Create spa menu and training manual.
Create SOPs, PNPs to spa for all reach the same goal.
Recruitment new spa member.
Conduct training for the team members in accordance to the Annual Training Plan in order that employees have
the necessary skills to perform their duties.
Coordinated with Sales Team to join spa sales core with the travel agent in local office.
Push spa special treatment add on the hotel packages with breakdown price to up selling for our new arrival
guests.
Create spa package each quarter on the hotel website.
Create spa special deals with another website to generate spa revenue.
Create spa monthly promotion for in house guests and coordinate with graphic designer to prepare the spa
professional artwork with promotion detail to launch on the hotel TV channel.
Create the hotel membership card with coordinated with F&B each outlets for Thai Citizen to get a special
discount for all card holders.
Promote spa deals on the free website and social media to generate the spa revenue from the external guests.
Promote and present spa image all the time.
Control spa product and PR for all spa items.
Create spa promotion in the low season with considering the spa cost ( Fresh spa product recipe instead of spa
salon or instant product. )
Create new spa treatment with the special price for promote in the Thai Festive.
Coordinate with Wellness Manager and Chef to create spa wellness program that provide spa treatment, wellness
activities and well-being cuisine.
Support Hotel Activity for one a week ( Basic Thai Massage Lesson, How to prepare the spa body treatment, etc.
)
Respond e-mail for spa guest inquiries.
Selected the spa product that suitable to the spa outlet and selling prices that matching to each hotel.
Create the spa signature blended scents as the owner requested.
Create and present in the part of scents to use for the Front Desk, F&B and Rooms. ( Towel Cologne, Reed
Diffuser, Blended Essential Oil for Burner, Pillow Spray, Mosquitoes Spray, Shower gel, Shampoo, Conditioner
and Body Lotion )
Support spa operation and spa service as necessary.
Provide high quality customer services to Spa guests

Experience in the spa marketing on the website and social media.
Pre-opening set up new spa in the new hotel.
