 US Market:
US stocks slumped on the last trading day of the year on Friday, led down by Apple and other big tech stocks, but
major indexes still posted solid gains in 2016. In subdued holiday trading, the S&P 500 declined for a third
consecutive session. But the benchmark index still tallied an annual gain of 9.5 percent. The Dow Jones Industrial
Average climbed 13.4 percent for 2016, even as it recorded its first weekly decline since the US election on Nov. 8.
Stocks stalled this week after surging in the wake of Donald Trump's presidential election. Investors have bet
Trump will cut taxes and regulations and introduce fresh economic stimulus. The Dow Jones Industrial Average fell
57.18 points, or 0.29 percent, to 19,762.6, the S&P 500 lost 10.43 points, or 0.46 percent, to 2,238.83 and the
Nasdaq Composite dropped 48.97 points, or 0.9 percent, to 5,383.12.
 Asian Market:
SGX Nifty indicates a weak start for the market today after the market ended 2016 on a positive note. Banks will
be in focus as the markets wake up to giant rate cuts by two biggest public sector banks after the influx of low cost
deposits since the demonetization announcement. SBI slashed rate by 90 basis points and PNB by 70 basis points.
Auto sales for the month of December were a mixed bag. Maruti reported lowest sales since June 2016 while
Royal Enfield continues to show strength in sales. Weakness in commercial vehicle sales continued. The Indian
equity market is expected to open flat to negative today tracking Asian indices. SGX Nifty is trading at 8177.50
Down by 7.00 points.

On a daily chart, the stock has formed long bull candlestick with above average volume which indicates accentuated
buying activity during last trading session. Moreover, the stock has given close above its 21 days moving average
which is placed at 39.05 level which shows that near to medium term trend has changed to up from down. A
momentum indicator RSI reading is at 58.11 level with a positive crossover which points out for positive breath in
the stock. So for trading perspective, one could Buy in the range of 39-40 for Target of 42.50 with SL of 38.
 ADANIENT Buy in the range of 76-77 for Target of 80 with SL of 74
On a daily chart, the stock has formed long bull candlestick with above average volume which indicates accentuated
buying activity during last trading session. Moreover, the stock has given close above its 100 days moving average
which is placed at 73.50 level which shows that the stock has enough strength to move ahead. A momentum
indicator RSI reading is at 68.85 level with a positive crossover which points out for positive breath in the stock. So
for trading perspective, one could Buy in the range of 76-77 for Target of 80 with SL of 74.
